1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PicsMatcher (referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

PicsMatcher provides a platform for photographers ("Photographers") to upload and manage event galleries, and for event attendees ("Guests") to view and download matched photos using automated AI facial recognition technology.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

To utilize the platform as a Photographer, you must create a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. We offer different subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Enterprise) billed on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and changes will apply to the next billing cycle.

4. Image Ownership & Copyright

All event photos uploaded to the Platform remain the sole intellectual property of the respective Photographer. PicsMatcher does not claim ownership over any uploaded photos. Photographers grant PicsMatcher a limited, non-exclusive license to process and deliver photos to matched guests solely to perform the services of the Platform.

5. AI Facial Matching & Biometric Consent

Our service processes facial images to provide matching sorting. By uploading a selfie or using the QR code scanner to find your photos, you explicitly consent to PicsMatcher generating facial coordinate maps to match you with event photographs. These face vectors are calculated in real-time, kept strictly private within the event boundaries, and are never shared or sold to third parties.

6. Payments & Purchases

Transactions processed on the platform, including photographer subscriptions and guest digital download purchases, are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways (Stripe / PhonePe). All payouts to photographers are disbursed directly in accordance with the gateway's terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PicsMatcher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, photos, or service interruptions.
